Birtamod, Jan 19: The district of Jhapa has recently detected cases of measles in two local bodies out of a total of fifteen. According to Raj Kumar Pokharel, the Immunization Officer at the District Health Office, Jhapa, the two affected local bodies are Jhapa Rural Municipality and Birtamod Municipality. This
