“China is comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development. Whether it is now or in the future, it is a fertile land full of opportunities for development and will provide a broad space for foreign experts and other talents to start their own businesses,” Premier Qiang said.

The Prime Minister’s speech reflects the great importance the Chinese government attaches to foreign experts and other types of talents, and is full of ardent hopes for foreign experts in various fields in China. This gave me a deep understanding of the Chinese government’s emphasis on scientific research and talents, as well as China’s determination and confidence to be more open. At the same time, I have a deeper sense of the responsibilities and missions I shoulder, and will be more diligent and dedicated in the future to overcome difficulties in the field of scientific research; in the friendly exchanges between China and Nepal, I will serve as a good link and build a bridge of friendship, so as to promote the development of the two countries.
