On the occasion, Premier Qiang pointed out that foreign experts have played an important role in promoting China’s economic and social development and promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries. In the practice of participating in China’s development, everyone has put in a lot of hard work and sweat, not only made positive contributions, but also realized the ambitions and values of life.

“China is comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development. Whether it is now or in the future, it is a fertile land full of opportunities for development and will provide a broad space for foreign experts and other talents to start their own businesses,” Premier Qiang said.

He also emphasized that China’s development is open development, and welcomed talents from all over the world with open arms.

It is hoped that foreign experts will continue to be deeply involved in China’s development, fully display their talents on the big stage of Chinese-style modernization, and continue to serve as a bridge of communication between China and the world. The Chinese government will continue to optimize relevant policies, further facilitate personnel exchanges, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and other rights, and create a better environment for talents from all over the world to work and live in China, Premier Quiang said.

The Prime Minister’s speech reflects the great importance the Chinese government attaches to foreign experts and other types of talents, and is full of ardent hopes for foreign experts in various fields in China. This gave me a deep understanding of the Chinese government’s emphasis on scientific research and talents, as well as China’s determination and confidence to be more open. At the same time, I have a deeper sense of the responsibilities and missions I shoulder, and will be more diligent and dedicated in the future to overcome difficulties in the field of scientific research; in the friendly exchanges between China and Nepal, I will serve as a good link and build a bridge of friendship, so as to promote the development of the two countries. People-to-people bonds play a positive role,” said Dr Jha.
