Kathmandu, April 22: All preparation related to the by-elections to the members of the House of Representatives (HoR) taking place on Sunday has completed. The Election Commission has appealed to all voters to exercise their franchise right in the by-polls scheduled to take place in Bara-2, Chitwan-1 and Tanahu-1 tomorrow.
