KATHMANDU: The country has reported 672 new cases of COVID-19 and eight deaths in the past 24 hours.
The infection cases were from the total 9,495 COVID-19 tests carried out across the country, according to latest data released by the Ministry of Health and Population.
With this, the number of active infection caseload has hit 10,375 and the death toll 11,380.
Similarly, 495 infected people have been free of the virus taking the recovery number to 789,125. The recovery rate is 97.3 percent.
