Kathmandu, June 13: The Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal, in collaboration with the Pakistan Nepal Alumni Network (PNAN), organized a free medical camp at Ward No. 4 of Nagarjun Municipality in Kathmandu on Friday.
The health camp brought together volunteer doctors—mostly graduates of Pakistani medical institutions—to provide free medical services to local residents, including senior citizens, women, and children.
According to organizers, medical check-ups of more than 100 patients were conducted during the camp. A number of patients requiring advanced treatment were referred to tertiary-level hospitals, while essential medicines were distributed free of cost.

The event was attended by PNAN President Dr. Deepak Mishra, Nagarjun Municipality Deputy Mayor Sushila Adhikari, Ward No. 4 Chairperson Laxmi Ram Sharma, along with local representatives, volunteers, and community members.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Mayor Adhikari expressed appreciation to the Embassy of Pakistan and PNAN for organizing the health initiative and supporting local residents through accessible healthcare services.

PNAN President Dr. Deepak Mishra praised the Embassy’s continued engagement in Nepal’s medical sector and acknowledged its contribution and support.
The Embassy of Pakistan also thanked PNAN’s volunteer physicians and the local municipality for their cooperation in making the medical camp successful. #nepal
