Dang, July 26: The domestic and foreign tourists who come to visit Rapti Shanti Udyan (park), a major tourist spot in Tulsipur, will now get free eye examination services on Saturdays.
External and internal tourists who come to see the garden located in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city-7 Ganeshpur will get free eye treatment services with the technical support of Rapti Eye Hospital Rakshachaur and the partnership of Rapti Shanti Udyan.
The weekly eye treatment centre was inaugurated on Saturday. On this occasion, Krishna Giri, Chairman of Rapti Eye Hospital Management Committee, said that for the first time, eye treatment services have been started in partnership to provide eye treatment services for the tourists who come to Rapti Shanti Udyan especially on Saturdays.
President Giri said that free eye examination of patients coming to the eye treatment centre and the hospital has arranged for a 50% discount if a patient is found to need cataract surgery. Sudhir KC, chairman of the park committee, said that it was a pleasure for the tourists to have the opportunity to get a free eye examination along with visiting the park.
He informed that more than 3000 tourists come to the park on Saturday. Jasraj Biswakarma, Senior Administrative Officer of Rapti Eye Hospital, informed that the weekly eye treatment centre established in the park will now conduct eye examination services every Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. #nepal #rss
