Kathmandu: The vote counting continues across the country for 165 seats of House of Representatives (HoR). According to the preliminary reports, main opposition CPN UML is leading in 12 seats while Nepali Congress leads in 11 seats. However, Nepali Congress has won 1 seat from Mustang district.
