Kathmandu, Sept 8: The meeting of the National Assembly scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 10, has been postponed until further notice.
The meeting of the National Assembly was called for 11 am on Sunday morning. The Chairman of the National Assembly will determine the date and time of the next meeting, according to the Parliament Secretariat.
Currently, there are only 3 bills in the National Assembly. The Immigration Bill has been discussed in the Legislation Management Committee and the report has been submitted.
Similarly, the bill on electronic transactions and the bill on national dignity are being discussed in the committee. Eight bills that went from the National Assembly to the House of Representatives have not been returned.
