Kathmandu, Nov 14: The Nepali community residing in Canberra of Australia have organized a Deusi Bhailo cultural program at Australian Parliament (House of Representatives) premises.
According to Kailash Raj Pokharel, the Ambassador of Nepal to Australia, the program was organized by Australia Nepal Friendship Society (ANFS) on the occasion of Tihar festival 2023.
On the occasion, the House Speaker Milton Dick, Minister for Indigenous Australians, Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Tim Watt, Leader of the Opposition Party Peter Dutton were present there.
The dignitaries were very delighted to observe the Nepali cultural program.
