Kathmandu, Dec 21: Three banks, Himalayan Bank, Prime Commercial Bank and Jyoti Bikash Bank, have announced that they will not be distributing any dividends for the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.
The Board Meeting of Himalayan Bank has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
Likewise, Prime Commercial Bank Limited has also announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80. However, the bank was distributing dividends more than 10 percent every year for it’s shareholders.
Similaryly, the Board Meeting of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited has decided that the development bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80 BS. The bank had provided 6.8% dividend on 2078/79 BS.
