Hetauda, Nov 28: A pedestrian died after being struck by a motorbike at Karra Chowk in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City–4, Makawanpur, along the East–West Highway.
The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Khuili Dom, a permanent resident of Birgunj Metropolitan City–16, Naguwa, who had been residing in Hetauda–10. She died after being hit by a motorbike (Na 38 Pa 5850) travelling towards Hetauda Bazaar from Pashupatinagar on Thursday night, according to District Police Office spokesperson DSP Pushkar Bogati.
Dom, who sustained critical injuries in the accident, passed away during treatment at Hetauda Hospital.
Police have taken the motorbike rider into custody for further investigation. #nepal #accident
