KATHMANDU: The government has advanced a plan to keep environment clean by lowering air pollution. 'The Nepal Clean Air and Prosperity Project (NCAP)' is being readied for implementation from the upcoming fiscal year 2026/27. A project amounting to Rs 8.71 billion (57 million US dollars) is being designed in Nepal
