Khotang, Dec 30: The construction of a health post's building at Rakhabangdel of Aishelukharka rural municipality in Khotang district has not made any headway due to gross negligence of the contractor company. The Gauri Parbati New Technical JV was awarded contract on November 26, 2020 for the building by March
