Sunsari, Feb 27: Chairman of the Shram Sankriti Party, Hark Raj Rai (Sampang), has said national independence counts much before development. Independence, labour and public participation are the basis of nation building, he reminded. Chairman Rai said it while addressing an election publicity programme organized in Dharan city on Friday.
