Kathmandu, Aug 17: The second meeting of the High-Level Administrative Reforms Commission held discussions on the issues of dissolving some irrelevant organisations, their merger or handing over them to the province or local levels. The meeting held today at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers was
