Kathmandu, June 5: Minister for Information and Communications has formed a probe committee to study the financial irregularities, procedural weakness and violation of fiscal discipline at Public Service Broadcasting (PSB). The Ministry formed the probe committee for internal update based on complaints filed at various agencies, including Office of Auditor
