Kathmandu, May 30: Nepal is under the influence of a western low-pressure trough in the upper atmosphere, local winds, and a low-pressure trough near Nepal. Currently, Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces are fully cloudy, while the hilly and mountainous regions of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces are generally cloudy.
