Kathmandu, Oct 12: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Jagadish Kharel, has said efforts are being made to start the registration and renewal of online media from the Department of Information and Broadcasting (DIB). Addressing a programme after carrying out an inspection visit of the DIB today, he instructed the
