Kathmandu, April 11: At present there is partial influence of westerly and local winds in the country. Due to its effect, the hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, as well as most of the mountainous areas, are generally cloudy. Likewise, other hilly areas have partly cloudy
