Kathmandu, March 20: It has been raining in Kathmandu for a while. The rainy weather is coupled with storm. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology informed the Kathmandu Valley is witnessing rains with storm for over an hour. Meteorologist Bibhuti Pokharel said the current weather is likely to intensify further.
