Kathmandu, May 25: Monsoon is not far away with the onset of the pre-monsoon this year. As many as two million people of 450,000 households are likely to be affected from this year's monsoon. The forecast has been made in the proposed Monsoon Preparedness and Response National Action Plan, 2082
