Birendranagar (Surkhet) : The CPN UML leader Mrs Nanda Gurung has been elected the Speaker of Karnali Province. Gurung got 24 votes and was elected as the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly on Sunday. Her nearest rival Khadga Bahadur Pokharel of Nepali Congress got 14 votes. UML's Gurung got 10
