Gandaki, July 18: With the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology forecasting heavy rains in the hilly areas of Gandaki Province Saturday and Sunday, nighttime transport services have been closed in eight districts of Gandaki Province. According a notice issued by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, vehicular movement
