Bhaktapur, Oct 24: Among 13 provincial hospitals in Bagmati Province, Bhaktapur Hospital has been declared the best.
The Bagmati Province government’s Ministry of Health awarded the hospital a certificate during the provincial annual review of health offices conducted for the fiscal year 2080/81, informed hospital’s director, Dr. Sumitra Gautam.
The provincial health directorate in Hetauda organized the annual review program from Kartik 5 to 7, where Bhaktapur Hospital was recognized for its performance and service delivery during the fiscal year.
Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama and Health Minister Kiran Thapa presented the award and certificate to the hospital.
Dr. Gautam noted that since she took charge as the hospital’s director, Bhaktapur Hospital has consistently ranked first in evaluations for three consecutive times. She also mentioned that the hospital plans to start MRI services next month, funded by the provincial government’s budget. #bhaktapur #hospital #province #health
