Biplab’s negotiating team will hold an informal discussion this evening

KATHMANDU: Informal talks will be held between the government and the banned Netra Bikram Chanda-led CPN (Maoist) from Tuesday evening.

According to sources, the talks will be held from this evening as Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, the coordinator of the negotiating team, and Deepak Chalaune, a member, are in Kathmandu.

The government has formed a two-member committee under the coordination of Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa with Rajan Bhattarai as the foreign advisor to the Prime Minister.
