LALITPUR: One person has died when an oxygen cylinder at the Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant in Patan Industrial Area exploded. The deceased has been identified as Bhuj Mohan Mahato, an employee of Oxygen Plant. Sudip Timalsina, Durga Puri and Ramesh Adhikari were injured in the incident. The injured are undergoing treatment
