Parliamentary committee meeting put off in absence of quorum

Kathmandu, Jan 29: A meeting of the Infrastructure Development Committee of the House of Representatives scheduled for Wednesday was postponed due to a lack of quorum. The 25-member Committee meeting, which was supposed to begin at 11:30 am, could not proceed as only 10 members were present until 1:00 pm.
