Prominent literary figure Bhandari passes away

Kathmandu: Prof Dr Durga Prasad Bhandari, an eminent literary figure of contemporary Nepali literature, has passed away on Saturday morning owing to pneumonia complication. He was 85. Prose writer Bhandari, who was being treated at HAMS Hospital in Dhumbarahi, breathed his last at 11.30 am today, his family sources confirmed.
