Kathmandu, May 2: The Commission on Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against Sundar Bhattarai, the Under Secretary of the Driver’s License Office at Sukedhara of the Transport Management Office.
According to CIAA, while calculating his income and expenditure from 2038 BS to 2075 BS, the sources of NRs 11.5 million of his assets have not been revealed.
The Commission claims that the legitimate income of Under Secretary Bhattarai is NRs. 192 million but his expenditure is NRs. 307 million.
