Jhapa, Jan 11: Veteran cine actor Rajesh Hamal has stressed the need for public-level partnership for the country’s development.
Addressing the third annual general meeting of Eastern Sahara Company Limited in Birtamod of Jhapa district on Sunday, Hamal said that the citizens have crucial roles in the country’s development.
“No one builds our country. In case if other countries supported us, they have their own interests. People carry the immense strength to build the nation at present,” he viewed.
Hamal argued that people should be responsible for leaders’ failure to deliver since the people are the ultimate deciders and added that people should be careful to lead the nation towards prosperity.
Appreciating the operation modality of Eastern Sahara Company Limited, Hamal said investment of companies like Eastern Sahara would contribute to the nation’s employment generation, education and health care sector.
