Kathmandu, Sept 18: The Kathmandu District Court has granted permission for the arrest of Durga Prasai, a well-known medical entrepreneur.
The arrest order also includes Prakash Chandra Dahal of Dhading and Jeevan Pandey of Baglung. The court decision was made by Judge Mahendra Khanal, following a request from the Cyber Bureau of the police under the Electronic Transactions Act.
Preparations are underway for their arrest.
Meanwhile, Prasai has been constantly challenging the government over his arrest. He used to blame everybody, particularly the political leaders, over their alleged involvement in corruption. #DurgaPrasai
