Mahendranagar, Oct 20: An elderly person died in an elephant attack in Kanchanpur district today.
The deceased has been identified as Shree Prasad Acharya, 70, of Belauri municipality-3, according to Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Sagar Bohara.
The incident took place when Acharya was heading towards Dhakka from Butabari on a bicycle. Acharya’s body along with cycle was found in the Pushpa Lal Memorial Community Forest.
The lifeless body has been taken to Belauri-based primary health centre for post-mortem. #nepal #rss
