Kathmandu, Dec 11: Secretary General of Federal Parliament of Nepal Dr. Bharat Raj Gautam has resigned from the post. Gautam’s tenure remains 3 years more.
According to Parliament sources, Dr Gautam had tendered his resignation to the President on Sunday evening.
The reason for the resignation has not been disclosed. It is said that Speaker Devraj Ghimire and National Assembly Speaker Ganesh Timalsina discussed his resignation today with the President Ram Chandra Paudel.
