FNCCI President Dhakal request Hong Kong entrepreneurs to invest in Nepal

Kathmandu, Aug 29: President of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Mr Chandra Prasad Dhakal has requested foreign investors to invest in Nepal.

Addressing a program jointly organized by the Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council on Tuesday in Kathmandu, he urged the foreign investors to invest in Nepal and take benefits from it.

He attracted the attention of all foreign investors from the fact that there are more investment opportunities in Nepal.

He said, ‘Nepal has many investment opportunities in energy, infrastructure, construction sector, tourism, etc. Foreign investors are also benefiting by investing here, so I urge all foreign investor friends to do so.”

President Dhakal informed that along with the investment opportunities in Nepal, there is also an investment environment.

He said that since Nepal is located between two large and prosperous countries, India and China, there are also opportunities for investment and market. President Dhakal said that since the international airports in Nepal’s Lumbini and Pokhara have come into operation, it is expected that there will be a significant increase in the arrival of tourists from China and Hong Kong at those airports.
