Kathmandu, Aug 21: Minister for Foreign Affairs and Nepali Congress leader, Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, who is currently on an official visit to India, and Foreign Department Chief of Bharatiya Janata Party, Dr Bijay Chauthaiwale, held a meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday.
During the meeting, various aspects of Nepal-India relations as well as the relationship between the Nepali Congress and the BJP were discussed.
On the occasion, the Foreign Minister also conveyed, through him, her gratitude to the government and people of India for the warm welcome and hospitality extended during her visit, she said a post in X (formerly twitter).
Dr Rana, who visited India at the invitation of her counterpart, Indian Minister for External Affairs, S Jaishankar, is returning home on Thursday.
