Surkhet, May 30: At least four people have died in a jeep accident that took place early this morning near Ratanagala in Birendranagar municipality along the Surkhet-Dailekh road section.
The accident involved a jeep with passengers going to Kalikot from Surkhet.
According to the District Traffic Police Office, Surkhet, the body of four of the deceased was found in the accident site and rescue to other injured have already started. Details of the accident are yet to be received.
Meanwhile, as soon as information about the accident was received, a team of security personnel was mobilized for rescue, the Office said.
