Kathmandu, Jan 31: The government has presented various ordinances during the meeting of National Assembly.
Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, on behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, presented the “Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, 2081BS” before the Assembly.
He stated that the ordinance was introduced to ensure swift service delivery to the public and to make the state’s administrative mechanism more efficient by amending certain Nepal Acts related to good governance and public service delivery.
Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Prasad Paudel, presented the “Ordinance on Financial Procedures and Fiscal Responsibility (First Amendment), 2081 BS,” the “Privatization (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2081BS,” and the “Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Economic and Business Environment Reform and Investment Promotion, 2081 BS” before the Assembly. While presenting these ordinances, he said, “The ordinance on financial and fiscal responsibility has been introduced to regulate the formulation of budget and programs.”
Likewise, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation, Balaram Adhikari, presented the “Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Cooperatives, 2081 BS,” and the “Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Land, 2081 BS”. #nepal #ordinances
