Kathmandu, Jan 2: Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Prakash Saud said that the government was ready to facilitate for the inflow of foreign investment.
In an interaction with the delegates from Canada-Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Hindu Chambers of Commerce here today, Minister Saud also highlighted the upcoming third Investment Conference in April.
He reiterated, “The government of Nepal will leave no stone unturned to facilitate for the foreign investment.”
On the occasion, the Minister discussed trade and investment between Canada and Nepal.
Canadian Hindu Chamber of Commerce Chairperson Naresh Kumar Chavda articulated that the private sector of Canada was interested to make investment in Nepal’s agriculture and food, textile and hydro power projects.
The delegation calling on Minister Saud was led by Canada-Nepal Chamber of Commerce President Bijaya Paudel and Canadian Hindu Chamber of Commerce President Chavda.
