Minister for Health and Population Bhawani Prasad Khapung has been admitted to hospital after his sugar levels increased, said the minister’s personal secretary Manoj Limbu. The minister, a diabetes patient, is receiving treatment at the emergency ward of Bir Hospital, he said.
Minister Khapung was admitted to the hospital after he suffered dizziness and vomited, said Dr Bhupendra Basnet, Acting Chief Administrative Officer at the Bir Hospital. “He got a preliminary checkup. His health is in good condition. Other health details will be known when the reports come.” RSS
