Kathmandu, May 26: The meeting of the central committee of the Janamat Party has recommended the expulsion of two MPs of the party.

Party spokesperson Chandan Singh informed that the meeting of the central committee held today has recommended action against Sonu Murmu and Binita Singh, proportional members of the House of Representatives, and expel them from the post of MPs.

He said, “They have been recommended for action because they did not follow the chain of command of the party and did not play an effective role in the parliament. This matter has been kept in the disciplinary department.”

He also informed that the disciplinary department under the leadership of party chairman Dr. CK Raut will decide on the matter.
