Bajhang, Jan 3: Two accidents in Bajhang left five people dead on Friday. According to local police, in Masta Rural Municipality-1 Kotdeval, 42-year-old Dharma Thapa (jeep driver) from Ranada lost his life in a jeep accident.
The incident involved a jeep with license plate number Su P 001 Ja 1398, which veered off the road while traveling from Bhatekhola to Ranada.
Tragically, another accident took place near Dhamena when a jeep traveling from Talkot Rural Municipality to Chainpur also veered off the road. The casualties included the driver, Shamsher Malla, 33, from Kedarsyun Rural Municipality-1, Bam Bahadur Dhami, 36, from Talkot-4, and his 72-year-old mother Jogeni Devi. Additionally, his five-year-old daughter Akriti passed away while receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
The cause of the accident is still unknown, however police team has begun the investigation. #accident #nepal #death
