Kathmandu, Nov 22: The Judicial Council has issued new directives and recommendations, including the establishment of a dedicated juvenile court in Bhaktapur to address child-related cases from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and surrounding areas.
Likewise, the Council has recommended to transfer High Court judge Kiran Kumar Pokharel (Janakpur High Court) to High Court Biratnagar, and judge Rekha Thapa Pandey (Tulsipur High Court) to High Court Biratnagar.
Rajendra Kharel, Judge of the High Court Surkhet, has been proposed as the national legal representative in judicial matters.
Likewise, the Council has transferred district judge Bhakta Bahadur Rai (Sindhupalchok) to Kaski District Court, Ramesh Kumar Kuduwal (Jumla District Court) to Tanahun District Court, and Shyamlal Bhimire (Kathmandu District Court) to Jajarkot District Court.
Similarly, Dilliram Sharma Aryal (Sunsari District Court) to Rupandehi District Court, Manoj Kumar Srivastava (Judge at Dang District Court) to Dhankuta District Court, Romakanta Neupane, (Dhankuta District Court) to Dang District Court, Ramnan Prasad Adhikari (Nawalparasi District Court) to Sindhuli District Court, Chandra Kumar Pokharel (Tanahun District Court) to Solukhumbu District Court have been transferred.
Likewise, Anand Raj Panta (Siraha District Court) to Jumla District Court, Nilkantha Baral (Rupandehi District Court) to Surkhet District Court and Mina Bahadur Kunwar (Nawalparasi District Court) has been transferred to Myagdi District Court. #court #nepal
