Kathmandu, July 31: The Judicial Service Commission has transferred two secretaries to different ministries and promoted two more joint secretaries to the post of secretary.
According to a notice published by the Commission, Secretary at Truth and Reconciliation Commission Mr Udayaraj Sapkota has been transferred to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Likewise, Secretary at Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Mr Phanindra Gautam has been transferred to the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
The Commission has also promoted two joint secretaries – Mr Alok Chandra Shrestha and Mr Paraswor Dhungana- to the post of Secretary and transferred them in different offices. The Commission has transferred Shreshtha to Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Dhungana to Nepal Law Commission.
