Advocate Binod Sharma, Raman Karna, Dinesh Tripathi and Kishore Paudel argued in favor of accused Sirohiya, who is under police investigation. It is said that he has been undergoing treatment at Kavya Hospital in Janakpur for three days due to high blood pressure and heart problems.
Mr Sirohiya has repeatedly denied all the fabricated arguments related his citizenship. However, he alleged that Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane was putting pressure on law enforcement agencies to harass him personally and trying to suppress news related to embezzlement of billions of rupees from different cooperatives where Lamichhane was involved.
