KATHMANDU: Independent candidate Balendra Sah has secured the lead by getting 51,161 votes.
According to the ongoing vote count, Nepali Congress candidate Sirjana Singh has received 32,059 votes.
Similarly, CPN UML candidate Keshav Sthapit got 31,166 votes, while Deputy-Mayoral candidate Sunita Dangol of the same party got 46,347 votes.
