Myagdi, Nov 28: Blacktopping work has commenced on the Kirakhor–Neptechaur section of the Beni–Pakhapani road.
The two-kilometre stretch from Kirakhor in Beni Municipality–9 to the ward office in Neptechaur is being blacktopped using premix technology. According to Chakra KC, Chair of Beni Municipality–9, the road—seven metres in width—is currently undergoing surface improvement.
An additional two kilometres along the Neptechaur–Lauripani section will also undergo gravelling.
Similarly, road protection structures, including drainage pipes and retention walls, are being constructed simultaneously.
A contract worth Rs 101.6 million has been awarded for the blacktopping project. #road #nepal
