Biratnagar, Nov 3: Chief of Koshi Province, Parshu Ram Khapung, administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed ministers Ganesh Prasad Upreti and Kamal Prasad Jabegu on Friday.
Province Chief appointed them as ministers without portfolio upon the recommendation of Chief Minister Kedar Karki in line with Article 168 (9) of Constitution of Nepal.
The newly appointed minister Upreti represents CPN (Maoist Centre) while Jabegu the CPN (Unified Socialist). They are the Province Assembly members.
