Morang, Jan 25: The Bina Foundation has decided to organize the ‘Koshi Ideathon-2025’ in Biratnagar.
In a press conference organized by the Foundation in Biratnagar on Friday, it was informed that the idea festival would be held from February 27 to March 1 to foster debate on multifarious issues and find solution to the pressing problems.
Total 16 thematic sessions will be held as part of the ideathon. According to Barun Jha, President of the Foundation, the ideathon will be fruitful in solving the pressing problems through the debates on historical, geographical, cultural, socio-gender, educational, linguistic, literary, political, touristic, industrial, business, and journalistic issues. Even the agenda for discussion are climate change and health of the province.
The open discussions on various issues will bring to light the issues and help accelerate developmental activities in the province. Innovative ideas and plans for it would be put in place. According to Jha, one of the significant features of the event will be the session, ‘Maile Herna Chaheko Koshi Pradesh’ (Khosi Province that I Aspire). Cultural performances by the national and international artists are in the lineup.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the programme. Similarly, Speaker, Ministers, Chief Minister of Province, Ministers, MPs from the federal parliament and Provincial Assembly, chiefs of the local levels, other dignitaries from sociocultural, media and industrial sectors will participate in the event.#nepal #Koshi Ideathon #rss
