Baitadi, July 24: A mother and son have died in Baitadi when their house was swept away by a landslide.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Prem Bahadur Shahi, 24-year-old Anju Jagari of Purchaidi Municipality-2 Bhairu Tol of the district and her 4-year-old daughter Reejan died in the incident.
At 3 o’clock in the morning, they died while sleeping inside their house. Their house was destroyed by the landslide. Likewise, Gobbar Jagari (18), Raimati Jagari (45) and Jasma Bohra (60) were injured in the landslide.
