Tanahu, June 9: Byas Municipality in the district has issued a notice, urging all concerned sides to remove illegal structures established in public/government lands.
The local level issued the notice on Monday, reminding the concerned individuals and organizations that they dismantled the huts and houses which encroach upon roads and public spaces.
The 238th meeting of the municipality took a decision to remind the move to be enforced within 35 days, according to engineer Amrit KC.
He added the owners of the buildings/structures are requested to dismantle the property set up in public spaces with deadline. If they ignore notice, the local level would forward action as per existing law.
“It is responsibility of each resident in the local level to protect public spaces. So, those concerned ones were urged for it,” KC reminded. #nepal #rss
